Just a Hugh thanks to all the staff and people of Clonakilty ! For the help in the clean up!

We truly touched by this great community spirit.

We are back open ! Since yesterday, with most items back on the menu.

Hi Mick,

       Just a big thank you to everybody in our community who helped out,I was desperate to walk through town around lunch time on Thurs and see the devastation and yet by 7.00pm the place looked as if nothing happened from outside.It was fantastic to see most people back open so soon and hopefully we will see everybody back open soon.Let us all pull together as this is a unique community and we will all survive.

On a more serious note we must get our council to investigate where the charges levied on builders to build a drainage scheme which was never done and we must now get these levies back and used for the purpose they were supposed to be used for ASAP.Again up CLON and drive forward stronger from this.
